We are dedicated to your satisfaction with the Luminance RED. We guarantee your complete satisfaction of the Luminance RED for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this usage period, we will provide a paid return shipping label at our expense upon receipt of the return request within the eligible time period.
To qualify for this money-back guarantee, we request that you use the Luminance RED (to the best of your ability) for 180 days, according to the following instructions, which can be found in the owner’s manual. In order to prevent abuse of our generous policies, we only allow one return of the Luminance RED per customer/household through this money back guarantee program. Any returns of the Luminance RED requested before the expiration of the 6-month usage period for the money back guarantee are subject to an 18% handling fee. Shipping costs are not included.
This money back guarantee is only valid for orders placed directly on this website and shipped to an address in the United States. If the customer refuses delivery of package, Luminance Medical Ventures reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or any customs and duty charges – as well as an 18% handling fee from any refund due. For all international orders placed and shipped outside of the United States, our money back guarantee does not cover return shipping costs.
The Luminance RED is a low-risk, general wellness device . It is not intended for anyone with skin sensitivity to light or anyone taking photo-sensitizing medication. To cancel an order you have placed with Luminance Medical Ventures, you must contact customer support by email at info@luminancemedical.com. Please note that once the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this event, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus an 18% handling fee and any shipping fees incurred by Luminance Medical Ventures).
Replacement parts include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against device defects and are not able to be returned.

All sales are final for Activating Topical Systems. Due to their consumable nature we do not accept returns on these products.
VIBE DEVICE RETAIL RETURN POLICY
If you purchased the Vibe as a one-time purchase for the full retail price of $299, here is the return policy. If you purchased it as part of the Free Vibe Subscription Special, click here to see the policy.
30-Day Return Window: If you're not satisfied with your Vibe device, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply ensure the device is in good working condition with all accessories included.
How to Return: Email us at info@luminancemedical.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Shipping Costs and Return Fee: A $39 fee is charged for all returns. This fee covers the return shipping label, processing, restocking, and other associated costs. This fee applies to every return, regardless of the refund amount. Upon receiving the return shipping label, you must ship the item within 5 business days (as indicated by the postmark date). Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full retail value of the device ($299).
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned device and confirm it's in good condition, we'll process your refund. This may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your Vibe device arrives damaged or is defective, please email us immediately at info@luminancemedical.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Any consumable items that come with the device (such as the Infusion Gems) are non-returnable once opened. The entire 6-pack box of Infusion Gems must remain unopened to be eligible for a return. Please ensure these items are unused and the packaging is intact if you plan to return the device.
ESSENTIAL INFUSION GEM COLLECTION RETURN POLICY
Customers enrolled in the Essential Infusion Gem Subscription are eligible for refunds only during the first month of their subscription, and only if the box containing the Infusion Gems is sealed and unopened. For one-time purchases, refunds are available if the box is sealed and unopened.
Upon canceling the subscription within the first month or returning an unopened box from a one-time purchase, customers will receive a full refund of the subscription fee. Due to the consumable nature of the gems, opened boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. This policy applies only to customers who have previously purchased the entire system, including the device and an Essential Gem Collection.
