We are dedicated to your satisfaction with the Luminance RED. We guarantee your complete satisfaction of the Luminance RED for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this usage period, we will provide a paid return shipping label at our expense upon receipt of the return request within the eligible time period.

To qualify for this money-back guarantee, we request that you use the Luminance RED (to the best of your ability) for 180 days, according to the following instructions, which can be found in the owner’s manual. Use the device 1-3 times (60 seconds each) every day, starting when you first notice signs of a cold sore until it has completely healed. While most people will experience immediate results, there is also a cumulative effect from the treatment. Upon canceling the subscription or returning an unopened box from a one-time purchase, customers will receive a full refund of the subscription fee.
