If something's not right with your order, we'll make it right. Below you'll find how returns work, followed by the specific terms for each product.
STARTING A RETURN IS EASY
Just email us at info@luminancemedical.com with your order number, your full name, and the product you're returning. We'll issue you a return label along with simple step-by-step instructions, and we'll walk you through the rest. (Returns sent without a Luminance Medical Ventures return label cannot be processed, so please reach out to us first before shipping anything back.)
Once your return arrives and we've taken a look, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear.
Our money back guarantees apply to orders placed directly on this website with Luminance Medical Ventures Inc. and shipped to an address in the United States. For international orders, return shipping costs are not covered.
Did your order arrive damaged or defective? We're so sorry! Email us right away at info@luminancemedical.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@luminancemedical.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it. Once an item has shipped we can no longer cancel the order, but you're always welcome to return it under the policy below.
LUMINANCE RED DEVICES - 60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
This guarantee covers our red light therapy wand devices (including the Cold Sore Device and Acne Device) and the Post Weight Loss Skin Rebound devices (the Skin Rebound System, the Skin Tightening Pod, and the Skin Rebound Face Mask).
You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to try your device. If you're not happy with it, for any reason, return it within those 60 days for a full refund of the device's purchase price. It doesn't need to be unopened, and you don't need to justify anything. We only ask that you send back the device and its original packaging together.
Shipping is the only thing not refunded. When you request your return, we'll email you a pre-paid return label at our discounted bulk shipping rate, which is usually cheaper than what you'd pay on your own. The cost of that label, plus the free shipping we covered on your original order (a $19.99 value), is deducted from your refund. That's it. No restocking fees, no handling fees, no fine print.
To prevent abuse of our generous policies, we allow one return per customer/household through this money back guarantee program.
This updated policy applies to purchases made on or after August 6th, 2026. If you purchased before that date, your order is covered by the policy in effect when you bought, and you can just email us, we'll take care of you.
One note on safety: our devices are not intended for anyone with skin sensitivity to light or anyone taking photo-sensitizing medication. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our return policy and indications for use.
TOPICALS & SERUMS - RETURN POLICY
Our topicals, including the Activating Topical Systems, the Light Activating Face Serum, and the Light Activating Body Serum, are consumable skincare products, so all sales are final and they're not eligible for return or refund. This applies whether they were purchased on their own or as part of a device system. Thank you for understanding!
VIBE DEVICE RETAIL RETURN POLICY
This policy applies to the Vibe purchased as a one-time purchase. If you purchased it as part of the Free Vibe Subscription Special, click here to see that policy.
If you're not satisfied with your Vibe device, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply ensure the device is in good working condition with all accessories included.
A $99 fee is charged for all Vibe returns. This fee covers the return shipping label, processing, restocking, and other associated costs, and it applies to every return regardless of the refund amount. Once you receive your return shipping label, please ship the item within 5 business days (as indicated by the postmark date). If it isn't shipped within that window, the full retail value of the device will be charged.
Consumable items that come with the device, such as the Infusion Gems, are non-returnable once opened. The entire 6-pack box of Infusion Gems must remain unopened to be eligible for a return, so please keep these items unused and the packaging intact if you plan to return the device.
ESSENTIAL INFUSION GEM COLLECTION RETURN POLICY
This policy applies to customers who have previously purchased the entire system, including the device and an Essential Gem Collection.
Customers enrolled in the Essential Infusion Gem Subscription are eligible for refunds during the first month of their subscription, as long as the box containing the Infusion Gems is unopened. For one-time purchases, refunds are available if the box is unopened.
Upon canceling the subscription within the first month, or returning an unopened box from a one-time purchase, you'll receive a full refund of the subscription fee. Due to the consumable nature of the gems, opened boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds. Return shipping costs on gem returns are the customer's responsibility.
WARRANTY
We stand behind every device we make. All Luminance Medical Ventures devices come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against device defects. Replacement parts carry the same 1-year warranty against defects and are not able to be returned.
