General
Luminance Medical Ventures (LMV) is thrilled to offer you a free Vibe Active Infusion Facial Device when you subscribe to our monthly Infusion Gem Subscription for at least 6 months. You can receive up to 2 free devices per order. This offer is subject to availability and these terms, along with our Terms of Use. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included.

Eligibility
To take advantage of this deal, simply subscribe to our Essential Infusion Gem Subscription and keep your subscription active for at least 6 months. This collection is a variety pack of 6 different gems, and you won't be able to swap them out for other types.

Pricing
Your subscription costs $79 per month, which includes free shipping. This is a 20% discount from the retail price of $99 per gem pack. Prices may change in the future, but we'll always keep you in the loop.

Subscription Details
Before you're charged, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept the fees. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your billing date is the day you first subscribe. Your subscription will continue for 6 months and then renew monthly unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize LMV or its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period.

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That's why we offer a 30-day window to return your device if it's not the right fit for you. Here's how it works:

If you decide to return your device within 30 days:

- We'll provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
- A $39 fee will be applied to cover return shipping, handling, processing, administrative costs, and subscription cancellation.
- Just make sure to send back the device in good condition with all its accessories.

Keep in mind that the $79 for your first month's gems can't be refunded since they're consumable items.

Early Cancellation Fee
If you need to end your subscription before the 6-month mark, here's our early cancellation fee breakdown:

• After 1 delivery: $299 fee
• After 2 deliveries: $249 fee
• After 3 deliveries: $199 fee
• After 4 deliveries: $149 fee
• After 5 deliveries: $99 fee
• After 6 or more deliveries: No fee!

The vibe device is yours to keep, no matter when you cancel.

Need a break? You can pause your subscription anytime without any fees. However, if you decide to fully cancel before your 6th monthly payment, we'll apply the appropriate fee from the list above.

Remember, this fee helps cover the cost of your vibe device, subscription cancellation processing, administrative fees, and restocking expenses.

How to Cancel
To avoid being billed for the next month, cancel your subscription at least 5 days before the renewal date. To cancel:

1. Log into your Recharge.com members area
2. Navigate to your subscription settings
3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription

Delinquent Accounts
If your payment is overdue, we may suspend or terminate your subscription. Overdue accounts will be charged fees related to chargebacks or collections. If your payment method isn't valid when a renewal fee is due, we may hold off shipping your gems until it's updated or may delete your account.

Offer Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Subscriptions in effect when changes occur will follow the terms in place at the time of purchase.
