Rest assured that your Luminance RED is covered against any defect in materials or workmanship for 6 months. Luminance Medical will repair or replace the product if this occurs. This applies only if the product has been used for domestic purposes and has not been damaged through misuse, accident or neglect and has not been modified or repaired by anyone other than Luminance Medical or one of its authorized agents.

Orders are generally processed within 2 hours, and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You may, however, refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund, less shipping charges, will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our location.

Due to the nature of use of the Luminance RED we do not accept returns outside of the parameters stated above.
