By opting for this special offer, you agree to the following:
Starting Your Subscription: Pick the subscription option on the product page. Your subscription begins the moment we receive your first payment.
Easy Billing: We’ll charge your card on the same day every month until you cancel. Your orders will ship within 2 business days after each payment.
Automatic Shipments: Your subscription items will keep coming until you say stop. By subscribing, you’re letting us charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you chose. The cost might change based on what you pick.
Payment Issues: If your card doesn’t go through, we’ll try two more times. If it still doesn’t work, you won’t get your box for that period. To cancel, email us at least one week before the billing date at info@luminancemedical.com. Cancellations after this timeframe will still be billed for the subsequent period and the subscription item will be sent.
How to Cancel: Pause or cancel your subscription anytime with 7 days' notice before your next delivery. Email us at info@luminancemedical.com with your order number, full name, and email address.
Moving?: Let us know if you’re moving! Email info@luminancemedical.com with your full name, email, contact number, account number, and new address. Failure to provide this information 7 days before dispatch might result in a reship fee if the item is shipped to the old address and returned to sender.
Promo Codes: Sorry, promotional or discount codes can’t be used for subscriptions.
Order Issues: If your shipment is wrong, damaged, or missing, email us at info@luminancemedical.com ASAP and we’ll fix it.
Missing Packages: If tracking says it’s delivered but you don’t have it, check with family and neighbors, then the shipping carrier. If you still can’t find it after 10 days, email us at info@luminancemedical.com.
